Clean, bright, and well-maintained facilities. Friendly and considerate staff, including animators and reception staff. Felina was awesome at welcoming us and making us feel like home. They gave us a room with a view as a compliment, which was unexpectedly kind as well. The beds were comfy and spacious, and the room beautifully set. Massages at the relax zone were, too, a pleasure.

Hotel is on outskirts of Pomorie making it great for a quiter location as in Town is full with people. Lots of swimming pools Great Variety of food and cheap but decent drinks.

Last year I was sort of disappointed, but this year it is different. The towels were daily changed, unlike last year, everything was clean, the food was better than last year and more diverse. The animation for the kids were better last year, but still good. But the one for adults were better.

Everything in the hotel is very new, our room was in an immaculate condition. The food was amazing, we expected less I have to say and were pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly and was flexible for arrangements (parking slot, late checkout, etc). Location is perfect - just a 2 min walk away from the beach. We arrived before the start of the season, so the hotel was a bit under-occupied, and some of the facilities weren’t working: e.g. to use the sauna it had to be heated up 1 hour beforehand. But that’s absolutely fine. We didn’t use the pools (nothing beats the sea) but they looked alright. We did use the spa though - had a couple of great massage sessions. All in all, when we were checking out we regretted that we had planned for only 2 nights to stay at this hotel. If we didn’t have to continue our journey through Bulgaria we definitely would have stayed for longer!

Nice enough hotel, but was quite a bit away from the main parts of Pomirie. next time I would book further towards town.
